Please note that a Tourist Tax fee is payable for visitors over 13 years of age, from 1st april to 30th september, at approx £2.40 (€3.08). This payment is to be included in the cheques for the balance of your holiday.

A refundable deposit of £200 (€300) is required to cover any damage to the property sustained as a result of neglect during your stay. Also a cleaning charge of £50 (€75) is applicable if the property is deamed to have been left in an unacceptable state after your stay.

All tariffs are based on €1.48876 = £1 (exchange rate of 08.01.07).
